838-Speech PEB Adapter

The 838-Speech PEB Adapter board allows a TI'er or Geneve user to place their TI Speech Synthesizer into the PEB.  This unit is completely compatible with both the TI-99/4A and Geneve 9640 computers.  It is a redesign of the original RAVE99 SPA01 adapter.  I was able to obtain permission from Cecure Electronics as they own the intellectual property rights to the original design.
